I have been saving up for a few months now so i can buy myself a clio phase 2 172 
, i am 19 and 20 in the next few months.. my only issue is off corse insurance and the prices.. is there anyone of my age with any decent insurance quotes under £2000 ? based on having nearly 3 year no claims and help a licence since 17 ? any company names ?.. this is the only thing stopping me from buying one at the moment :/
