Inlet difference between ph 1 and 2

Hi guys.
As title suggests. I would appreciate advice on/If any differences on inlet manifolds between phase 1 and 2.
My reason being I know of someone selling one for a phase which has been ported and gas flowed ( also powder coated which is my main reason for wanting) but was removed from a phase 2. Will it fit my phase 1.

The lower part will and thats the only part that (supposedly) makes any difference.
Not sure on the upper part.
