Hoping you could help. When my cars cold and I'm in 2nd gear, I change to 3rd around 2,000 revs, as soon as I come off the gas and push clutch in the revs will raise slightly to about 2,200 revs. This happens in all gears but only low down the rev range (anything below 2,000 revs) - is this normal with Japanese cars? The car has a wire throttle. Any advise as to what I should do to fix it? Seems to sort itself out when the car's warm.
