Hydraulic Engine Mount

  Clio 197
Took the clio dci to get suspension looked at and was told it was the hydraulic engine mount.

Need to get the part myself and then he wil replace it.

Anyone know where I can get one? Cant find it for the life of me

Don't take it kwik fit mate. Find another reputable garage that is local, easy enough to find

I just want to get my car running properly at a half decent garage. That includes having a service, getting new EGR valve fitted and sorting out the suspension.

Where shall I take it?

Ah right, keep the new one clean aswell then!.
They do clog up but a good blast once and a while will clear the crap out.

As for the engine mount, how many miles have you done total?

Take it to one of the traders on here, all of them know the lot and wont rip you off with unneeded stuff. And they will tel you what really needs doing

I will give meca car services a ring tomoro. They have very good reviews.

There is defo something wrong with the suspension as when you hit a bump for example it feels like the shock is coming up through the car. I thought it would have been the shocks but appaerntly its not and its the hydraulic engine mount

No personal experience with meca but always heard good things about them. Or Carlton in Exmouth are good.

I'm not really bothered who you take it to, i'm just trying to help.

Take it to one of your local garages, get them to fit that Hydraulic engine mount......

Oh, and good luck.

Exmouth is like an extra 20 mins from the Meca place, and its lady owned apparently. Enough said....
