want to paint my door side strips.

what order do i use my sandpaper.

do i use: (in this order and colour of primer for this car)
grey plastic primer
grey primer
basecoat
lacquer

low number sand paper first, the higher the smoother, i would go to like grade 1000 for smoothness

plastic primer, paint, lacquer

colour of primer doesnt really matter...


just make sure there are no marks before painting or it will look shite! preparation is the key

and take them off to spray!

I used 320 to get the texture out, lol. Takes f**king ages, get a sanding block.

iv bought all my paint ready just havent got round to it yet, i got just standard primer though will this be alright ?
