Help with passenger window

Hi,

My window regulator broke and I've replaced the parts and the window goes up and down fine. The problem I have is, when I'm driving it sounds like the window/door is slightly open and and I get a wind noise even thou the window is fully closed as well as the door.

Has anyone got any idea why this is happening ?
