Help with a Toshiba notebook

Hi, Basically this laptop had a virus and now get a blue screen after trying to load windows XP shuts of repeat x1000. Bloody annoying. It's a Toshiba NB200-G10. I have tried safe mode,last known config,nothing works. Now I am at the point would like to just wipe it all together and have it new again. Problem is it doesn't have a disc drive and like some of my other laptops was hoping there was a button you could press on start up that would just let you reformat it.

Anyone know anything that would help to do this?
