headlights?

hi
ive been searching for ages but cant find an actual guide. basically i have bought sivertec bulbs today and went to fit them to discover that its not as simple as my last car, do i have to take the whole bumper off? any other way?
any help would be great

You can get to the indicators from the top of each cluster under the bonnet! The rear clusters unscrew from inside the boot
