Good Price for Timing, Aux, Tensioners and Pump?

Hi all,

Ive just been given a price of £225 to have the timing belt, auxilliary belt, tensioners and water pump replaced or £160 without the pump on my 2002 1.2 dynamique. :dapprove:
Having never had a renault before :S I was wondering if this is a good price? Do I really need to have the water pump changed?

car has done 88000 and no previous history.

Cheers chaps. I've told my garage to get on with it and sort the pump out too. From what i can gather its a fair price, but still....could have done with it being a different time of year :dapprove:
