Gen90 ECU and bad TDC sensor reading.

Hello, I fitet a Gen90 ECU on my Clio 2 RS Ph1 and Im getting a bad TDC sensor readings, lots of misfires, the engine barely start. I have a Engine dynamics flywheel, works perfect with OEM ECU.
I already tried other sensors and tested and no improvements.
Anyone had similar issue?
