Picked up the Gallardo today!

Heres some of the day in pictures...

Mate arrived, 7.30 sharp, Bass Direct from the site.

After filling the tank up on the Porsche, was time to lay back and do some MPG driving...

20 miles from picking up the Gallardo, half tank of fuel left... NO MORE MPG DRIVING!!!

Looks mint mate! Wouldn't have went for the black myself.. too subtle, will be a pain to keep clean :rasp:

Exactly what my uncle did, 997s to Gallardo. Hell of an upgrade! Still think I'd rather a 997GT3.

Got them done silver, it was tooo black with black wheels!

Its just a brilliant car, not as easy or comfortable to drive as the Porsche... but driving is like a sense of occassion!

Cant see anything out of it, gears are just stupid long... but i LOVE it!

The noise, the looks, everything is just larger then life!

Tell me about it, I'm a nervous wreck just leaving the v6 on the front drive sod leaving a Gallardo!

Indeed. If you have to look out your window coz your worried about the car, it's 100% not worth having!!

All just cars at the end of the day. It's insured (TPFT;), so whats the worst that could happen?

Thats it, i dont really have any major worries with it being sat outside, its insured fully comp, if s**t happens it happens.

I live a worry less life really, i actually worry about NOTHING.

Good for you fella, I don't get people that lock cars away and don't use them.

Good to hear! I know what u mean about the gears, I kinda like it!
