Fuel pump not priming - Mk1 16v

My mates Mk1 16v turbo's fuel pump isnt priming. The pump has been out and tested and it's all fine. We're guessing it's a electrical fault but havent really tested that yet. Could it be as simple as a relay?

That's what i thought. Any MK1 guru's on here able to advise where i would find the pump relay?

Mines forever playing up.

Wiggling the wires on top of the pump always fires it up.

it will be brown or black 1 of 3 screwed to the lid.
