Front Strut brace

Would it be worth investing in a front strut brace for my 182.
I dont drive hard (all the time), doubt i will ever track it.

Or is it there for show....

do stiffen it up a little bit, i didnt think it would do anything.
but then again i didnt pay much for mine, i got it cos cheap. i wouldnt pay normal price for one.
