Fitting track rod ends - 182 non cup

  Clio 182
Ive used the search tool but i cant find anything on this, how hard a job is it? Any advice?
A guide would be even better :)

Dan.

Pretty easy tbh. But you'll need the wheels aligned afterwards.
Jack the car up and remove wheels. Turn on full lock for easier access.
Crack off the lock nut that's holding it tight onto the inner tie rod (I think that's its name!)
Put a jack under the round end of TRE to apply pressure so when you remove the nut that attaches it to the hub it doesn't just spin.
Then just remove it from the hub, and turn it until it comes off the rod. Might be a good idea to mark its rough thread position so when you put the new one on you have a rough idea.
