Fault code P0443

I've got fault code p0443 come up this is the description, Evaporative Emission Control System Purge control Malfunction.

The car is running quite ruff and wobbling around a bit more than usual so would that mean the evap thing is stuck open?

If so are there any quick easy fixes I could try?
