Drivers seatbelt won't clip in

I went to get in my car today (clio 200) and the seatbelt won't clip in, it clips in the passengers side fine, but it just won't push into the drivers.
Quite annoying as it beeps for ten mins.

Panic over, a bit of paper had got stuck in there, I fixed it with a paper clip.
