Driver side window issue?

First one isn't so much of an issue: my drivers side windows goes up/down a hell of a lot faster than passenger side? Any ideas?

Also: My drivers side window seems to go down until it hits the bottom and makes banging noise. Whereas the passenger side stops before hand. Ideas?

Edit: Plus if d/s window is half way down, I can push it down inch by inch..
