cruise control fitting

Hello, I'm going to replace the steering wheel in my 172 because the previous owner had it colour coded leather... Not my thing. I was thinking could i use a 182 wheel with cruise control and add the switches then reconfiger computers to make it work?? has anyone here done this? Is it possible?

there is a list somewhere of the stuff u need with renault part numbers, but u will need a 52 onwards car, new clutch and brake pedal sensors or pedals?, the dash switch, and a few other things i think, have a search around has definatly been covered a few times before
