Re: Couple of my Track S L A G 172....

Already lowered - on Eibach springs....coilovers are on the list to do though.

Exhaust wont sit any higher unfortunately - it already nearly touches the heatshield as it goes over the beam - I'll be making up a new exhaust anyway for it. It only cost me £50 so will do for now until after winter!

Splitter - Cupra R hopefully picking one up tomorrow morning.

Seats - Cobra Monaco S, with TRS 3" 4 point harneses.

I like the wheels white tbh- they are only my road wheels & emergency track ones if my slicks wear out - will prob paint the slick rims a mad colour though!!

Interior - just a basic strip really - havent gone fully anal on it.....YET! Still some sound proofing in there that could come out!

proper track toy, love it :D

did you fit the guage take off plate before the thermostatic plate or after, cant quite see in the pics

although i have heard (from a very reputable source) that it doesnt matter either way as the thermo plate stops oil returning into the engine from the cooler, meaning oil is always running into the cooler, but not always out of it.

After the plate mate - doesnt matter where it goes because if you think about it it still has to flow into the oil filter which is last in the line anyway!!
