couple of audio question

Question 1....i noticed the faster i drive the louder the radio does and then when i slow down it goes quiet, is this normal or just typical french electronics?


Question 2.....I want to fit an aftermarket headunit but i assume when i do il not be able to use the stereo controls on the steering wheel, is there a lead i can use so it will still work with my new head unit?

First up i have heard about the stereo going up and down iirc its to do with the road noise, i mean if you go faster everything gets louder so the stereo turns its self up but im not sure on that one. Second you wont be able to use the stereo controls unless you get an Autoleads adapter depends on head unit etc.
