and now has a RX350 but she's bored of it.

Dad has owned Volvo's for years and also Mitsi L200's but neither are cool ....He started looking into BMW 650i's but decided he doesnt use a car enough to spend the money which I was gutted about.

Well my mum doesn't drive so that's one parent out.

My dad hasn't owned any decent cars really but a few years ago he bought a 1971 vw campervan which he's restoring and I think that's pretty cool.

My grandad had a garage full of some awesome cars all vintage but some of the only ones in the country. This being the star..

My dads gone through quite afew in his time, in no particular order:

Astra GTE, reg was H911 HAD as far as I remember, in silver. Most unrelaible car he ever owned.

Renault 5 GT, in red I believe, had it for about a day before returning it to the dealer with a failed turbo I think

Cavalier SRI (Was stolen and burnt out )

He also had 2/3 cavaliers back in the day, looked like this one. He crashed one into a roundabout and another into a lamp post, the 3rd one basically fell apart due to rust.

Then he had an Audi quattro, sold it after the sunroof started to leak.

And his latest and current car is this:

Hes always been big on cars lol, just never had any luck with any of them that hes bought, they all seem to fall to bits or get a leak.

My dad ordered the 2.8 V6 version of the 80 Coupe. Was going to be one of the first in the country, and fantastic spec. Unfortunately the lorry driver delivering it went under a low bridge and completely destroyed it! But it worked out well in the end, because he got an S2 instead. Don't think the upgrade cost him anything either. Used to think i was the coolest kid in school when he picked me up in it, and the numberplate was L1P ME...he's always been a poser!

Ha ha, my dads ones got BNP on the end of the plate, it does get some looks when hes working in some places.

Guy he bought it off as using it as a track car and hes slowly restoring it back to standard, when he got it the suspension was so low he literally couldnt go over any speedbumps in there without the front bumper scrapeing on them.
