Clunking noise on/off throttle

Hi.. I have had my car for a while now a x 172, and its just started to clunk when i go on/off the throttle in most gears. It seems linked to the gearbox linkage into the gearbox, there is also a small bit of oil dripping off the rubber bit that connects the gearstick to the box?

It only does this when in gear.

Anyone else had this.? gearbox issues/engine mounts? If so can you see the engine mounts? back ones? I just found this site while searching, hopefully stop Renault taking the piss,

can i do a visual inspection for this? and where do i look? As is getting worse..

How do i change the rear mount?
car up on stands.. do i need to take the weight og the engine when i replace them?
