Clio Dynamique 12v socket.

hello, bought are lass a dynamique last month but she only just started using it, she says the 12v cig lighter socket dosent seem to work, checked all fuses seem to be ok, any ideas people and also is there a guide on how to change the CD Player dash light up bulb change?
