climate control

hey i know that there are loads of threads on this but just wanted to make sure
my climate control wont chage temp i can here the motor struggling to change to direct the air flow but if i leave it on a particliar setting long enough it will change temp any ideas would be great hope it doesent break the bank thanks guys sorry the car is a clio 172 mk2

i think this is the common fault where a cheap and tiny cog comes adrift/broken and it's several hours labour to fix becuase it's deep deep inside the dash

yea thats spot on.... i got mine fixed at renno at the start of the year (cost me £630 ifor a new servo motor and heater box)....its been perfect since......
