Change out high pressure pump during timing belt change?

Hi all,

I am going to get a timing belt/tensioner/water pump change owing to my DCi being on 118k miles, should I also get a replacement high pressure pump as well? I am looking at getting a reconditioned pump for around £225. Should I get this swapped out this time round or should the current pump be ok until next time? I don't know the average service life of the high pressure pump.
