carbon lorraine brake pad problems

hi guys i ordered the brembo HC and carbon lorraine pads last week from k-tec ive now got them fitted, i dont mind the squealing but when im coming to a stop it makes a loud sound like uhhhhhh (lol something like that) then when im pulling away it still makes the sound for a few secs? like the pads have got jammed, this cant be right can it?

the garage that fitted them said the last brakes that got fitted the guy screwed the bolt to tight and cracked the hub and the guy who fitted my brakes has removed the bolt and put chem ex on it, will this have anything to do with the grinding

Mine do the same. Squeeling when using them softly. Sometimes they make a loud noise when coming to a stop.

But fook me do they work well!!
