Car Purchase Receipt - Private Sales

I am looking into selling my car shortly thus I want to keep myself protected as I keep seeing lots of online content regarding people requesting money for there cars breaking 'magically' after purchasing. This has made me make a rough receipt to protect my self against any comebacks. I have attached it on this thread as pdf and word doc. Just wanting some feedback if I need anything else on there? Once I'm done I am going to upload the finished receipt so people can use on here to protect themselves aswell.

Yeah I saw that. That just don't really let you expand if needed. Only the notes...
