Can you child lock your radio?

Standard Radio/CD player on Trophy appears not to want to turn on. Is there some random series of things you can do to "childlock" it, dnd if so, how do you reverse it?

Battery hasn't been disconnected or anything, and alarm hasn't been triggered. Just wondering if it's some Renault random that you sometimes get.
