Buying a cheap base unit from Ebay ?

they have loads and loads of PC's for 99p and roughly £12-£15 for delivery

a friend is in desperate need of a cheap base unit as his P2 with 4Gb hard drive cant cut it online using broadband, the HDD is always full and is crunching away constantly

should i be wary of such cheap PC's ?

^^^ Yeah and loads of people waiting to bid i would imagine . Most people only bid in the last few minutes of an auction anyway . Plus they have 55 negatives in the past month
