Break lights stuck on

Havent posted on here in a while but just wondering if anyone can help.
I have a 2003 172 and the break lights seem to be stuck on. Has anyone had this befor or that knows what the problem could be?

Take a look at the brake light switch on top of the pedal there's a guide on here on how to adjust it.

yeah i have tried that and its still the same.
