brake caliper refurb?

is there anywhere that does this or can i buy a kit and do it myself, which would be preferable!

ive changed the caliper and the handbrake on the SAME side keeps sticking on so much so that the only way to release it is to hit it with a mallet.

anyone shed any light on this? ice changed fluid, lines and BOTH handbrake cables.
