Bonnet through windscreen!!

Brother told me yesterday he seen a light greeny clio with the dredded bonnet flying up and hitting the windscreen on the hard shoulder of the M6, thellwall viaduct. Nasty!

choked. that happened to me in my *ahem* red ford orion (i only had it for 2 weeks and it cost me £150 for easter break from uni).
flew up and smashed the screen and was stuck against windscreen while doin its top speed of 70mph down a back road.
was interesting to say the least.
my mate rackin up in the front laid a right egg.

wat a beast that car was - had to turn off the engine to select reverse gear.

you don't have to do far short of that in the clio, usually de-clutch about 3 times.
