So I hate all things apple but have a 4th gen classic for throwing around in my car (running rockbox so I can play ogg

When i'm at home I use Rythmbox for transfering music, but at work I'm on windows, can I drag and drop music on to it and the FW find it all and index it, or do I have to use software to sync my music?
