Better tilting seats for the 182?

Fed up with leg ache and a numb left arse cheek every time I go for a long journey now (might be my age )
So, are there any other seats that offer better support, especially lumbar support, are lighter, and tilt forward, to provide access to the back?
I know about Trendlines but would prefer something lighter. I love the Pole Positions in leather and suede but they don't tilt. Any ideas. or am I looking for a non existent seat?

Light and reclining aren't words that go together really mate.... you'll have to sacrifice one or the other.

The trendlines are heavy, expensive and not much lower. But I've just done 1400 miles in a weekend and didn't feel it once, very supportive. Plus they look pretty
