if you crash, just rip the strut brace out. and rip the viper off.
declare that you have a 'stainles exhaust system' and a 'lowered suspension kit'

Lol @ if you crash ... I want to declare all my mods .. as other people do ..

Wise man! I wouldn't chance it especially with insurance...

:dead: Was hard enough claiming for my (bog standard) writen-off car when I wasn't even in it, also the other party admitted liability to the police - I learned a lot from that :dapprove:

Mate, why not just ask the insurance company if they cover "like for like" on the mods. At my insurance company in a lot of cases we would not bother charging extra for them as we tend to look at the risk as a whole (unless its mega plus bhp). And if you crashed would you not like the value of your struts, ind' etc returned?

^^ mines with Tesco

I havnt come accross a company who can offer me any better in regards to my mods.

They cover all my mods at a suitable price and pay out for them,

There audio cover is brilliant too, covering non-factory fit products!

Oopsies!

In that case your insurance should be even cheaper again!

Quinn Direct don't charge anything at all for mods :star:
Massive loyalty discounts and no probs in 3 years

The only thing about Suspension or Engine modifications - you have to get a form filled out by a registered mechanic to clarify the car is legally fit for the road

I know people who have followed their procedure and not cost any extra :)
Happy Days as I have a list of stuff done and I'm in the process of declaring a tunning box & coilovers for the dci ;)

Lucky you, at least you own 1 :star:

Because insurance in N.Ireland is mental I cant get anything bigger than a 1.6 until I'm 25 :dapprove:

Greenlight insurance, speak to Neil and mention cliosport, no extra costs for mods with them and they'll match any quote.

Havn't even started getting quotes yet .. just wanted to get the info ..

Have been insured with NU before and would never again as their after accident service is soooooooooo bad ... imho ..

I will deffo try Adrian Flux and anyone else people can provide me with the web address or phone number for ..

Cheers
Maz :)

  '18 Megane dci
I'm with Ensign through Adrian Flux, 12 months cover, fully comp, all mods declared and 12 months European breakdown cover, £600. (i'm 28 with 7 years no claims)

:)

I've always gone with HIC as they've never queried any of my mods, Flux are similar but dont do much in the way of stereo cover.

Have you tried Diamond? My girlf is 21, and has similar mods to you on her 206cc and they're always cheap for her...... although customer service leaves a little to be desired!
