Beep Noise On Radio + Indicator etc

Not Clio related but my girlfriends saxo occasionaly makes a long beep noise when putting the indicators, radio, lights (Electricals) on. This will go away when the keys are taken out and engine re-started.

Any idea's what could be causing it?

Because french electrics are shite!!

Start off by checking all the obvious things such as fuses, conections etc.
