Autoglass- New rubber?

Hey,
When Autoglass replace your windscreen, do they/ should they replace the rubber seal surround, some of my friends reckon they do but i've only seen them reuse the old one?

They replaced the rubber on my 02 172 on the two occasions i needed a new screen, the only issue was the rubber surround they use was for a sunroof model, it had the wind deflecter on the centre of screen

i work for them they only fit new ones if when they take the trim off they cant use it again just bend your trim and try and split it then when they come to do the job they will see it and just fit new ones
