Ashley vs. K-tec Exhaust

Hi was thinking about getting a performance exhaust system for my car as the backbox has compeltely rusted off so im running the car with no backbox. Has anyone had any experiences of the above on their mark 1's particularly the 1.4/1.6's cheers.

I have the Ashley system on my 1.4 RT. With a silent de-cat from K-Tec, it's loud. Lol. Nice though, deep and bubbly. Pops all the time. With a cat on I think it would be more acceptable, unique sound as well. For the price you can't complain really, does what it has to. Should get a good 3+ years from it with it being m\steel only.
