Anyone know if 12mm Clio 200 Mk3 Wheel Spacers exist?

Hi,
I've currently got 19mm K-tec spacers all round. There are a bit too much on the front in my humble opinion.
Does anyone know if there are 12mm hubcentric spacers available?
