Any particular discs/pads for non-sport?

Going to have a go at replacing front pads/discs myself. Any particular discs or pads people favor for non-sports? I presume not, but thought I would ask. I have a 1.6 but I do believe all non-sports share the same brakes.

Halfords own FDB845 I used to use andd were good stock copy part realy or other motorparts places

ANy disks though
