Advice on cat flange.

Hi guys, I need to sort out my cat as its bent and sagged on the olive joint.

I have 2 ideas which I would very much appreciate some speculation on:

Grind a relief 90% of the way down from the inside of the bent joint and correct the displacement then weld.

Or

Have off with the olive, get some tube from work that would be slip fit on either I.D or O.D and remove (ktec exhaust so can use sleeve on centre section)

Sleeve it, job done.

The olive joint will only leak again in month or so anyway!
