182 Passenger Seat Wont Slide Forward, Stuck In The Runners!

Hello, Just wondering if anyone could help me.

The Passenger seat in My 182 wont slide forward, There was a small metal piece loose in the runner and now it seems to have slotted itself somewhere towards the back of the runner and now the seat is in the furthest position back and wont slide forward.

Can anyone shed any light on this?

I replaced mine last week after months of being held in place by a screwdriver

Got it sorted today, £25 for a pair of runners from RenParts in Doncaster.
Hugely recommended!
