182 manifold fitting

Iv read some threads of fitting these and most people say that its not worth doing. Even so iv decided to do it anyway

im planning to fit it this weekend as i have a spare 5 hours to fit it. I have also read that the subframe needs to be dropped. what does this involve and is this all??

any hints would be helpful so i dont go in blind this weekend.
