16v Brake Up-grade To 172

I've been given a pair of 172 cup calipers, an want to put them on my 16v hybrid.
What work is required?
Has anyone done this?

Just need to make up some calpier brackets to match them up idealy you might need to use 172/182 disk as well.

Nope should be fine I've not got a spare setup unfortunatly to have a look but just a bracket should be fine.

Cusom not a big job to design one then any machines place can do it.

easier to use the 172 hubs

i have a pair, but i'm not 100% sure they're straight

No one's tried they look beefier though I'd think it will fit personally

Found out that the suspension will fit, just need to find out if the power steering an wishbone will?

Anyone know what price's I can pick up a set of 172/182 hub's for then?

i'm in birmingham, you can have my pair for £30, but as i say i'm not sure if they're ok as they're from a written off car

if they are bent then you don't have to pay!

I've got a set of 172 hubs and brakes sitting in the garage, not got round to seeing if they will fit yet...
