12k Service - Mines Due, Advice guys Please

I've just hit 12002 miles today and i need to sort out it's 1st service.

I live in the North West, in Manchester and i was wondering if anyone can recommend a good dealer ( don't laugh lol!) or a Reno specialist where i can get this done at.

Price wise what should i be looking at? i've been on the phone to 3 dealers nearest to me and the prices ranged from £171 to £201.64!! erm i thought they should be the same no?

I guess i'd prefer to go to a reputable specialist but if not Reno will have to do.

Any recommendations people??

i went to bolton renault mate and payed £160 all in! thats cause i know the used sales manager there though. All renault dealers are the same in the north west "shite" to be honest so its pot luck how you go on that given day. Saying that i have heard only good things about renault chorley.

Renault Oldham wanted £235, wouldn't mind knowing of a good specialist in this area myself.

I'm not no but funnily enough i'm sure there was a mention of a decent specialist in Stockport, i remember reading it somewhere just don't remember where!

I'd recomend TRenault Chester but there a long way for you and there not cheap depends what you want the cheapest last time I needed a service was Lewis Read Birkenhead but it I only go there for a stamp I don't trust them.

Mines booked into my local indepedant on wednesday, I'm supplying all the parts too, so it should be dirt cheap.

I am indeed in Surrey. The reason it had its 1st mot and service at the same time is because the milage is very low, only just clocked 14k recently. My last Clio had only just done 17k when the darn thing got written off, that was not long after the 1st mot too. :dapprove: Oh and before you ask, it was not my fault it got written off either. ~Sniffs~
