The turbocharger (GT2871R) is quite small, I have some losses on the VAG gearbox (but I can count on it) and now Im using bigger injectors, 410 engine HP.
Last saturday I was on a drag race, competing on a VHT, best time 12.04s/402.2m, but bad R888 tyres contributed to a lower score...
Yes, everything is ready. No problems! The car works just fine:) For now Im working on the soft.

about the 02j vw gearbox.. I will need custom drive shafts among other things, there's no one here able to build them. If any of you are aware of someone who could do this job in the UK pls let me know.

Felix opened the gearbox, it looks fine, just few signs of fatigue during the previous abuses. There is no gear broken or anything that comes from massive torque.
In the log the pulse width at 6570 RPM is 11.725ms, this makes 65.95% duty cycle

The different results may come from the different VE of the engine.
The turbocharger is rated for 480hp...
That's not true, where had you read that?
At the wheel is at the wheel.... means the power that the wheel turns the dyno roller, the flywheel power minus the tranny plus the wheels and tire looses, the effective power that pushes you on the road .
in reality when the injector is open you will also have 1.6 bar of boost trying to push the fuel back into the tank which effectively cancels it back down to 4bar.
Think again :cool: Boost pushing the fuel back through the injector...... What size has the injector outlet nozlle and what size...

I did not logged the duty cycle but you have the injection time and rpm, you can do the math yourself,take in account that injection mode is batched, 1-4 2-3....

How can I make the engine stronger, because it bounces a lot and it brakes the down pipe(it broke three times already) and the stud nuts turbine gallery.(sorry but i'm not very familiar with the english technical terms:D)

i thought i should give some updates:P. i gave up the kompressor, i mounted 8.5 pistons WOSSNER ,EAGLE forged rods and i've just set a GARRETT GT 2871R 743347-4 turbine, and a HALTECH stand alone. i have finally reached 305 wheel hp at 1.4 bar pressure.the MEGANE RS injectors dont really fit...
