Recommended Race Springs

I have a 172 ph1 dedicated track / race car with Eibach 800-250-200 on my front Leda's and not sure what spring rate on the rear as the paint has come off but they are Eibach & running Leda's also. I wondered what the recommendation would be in terms of increasing spring rates as it is a little soft as inherited from a road / track car. The car is approx 980Kgs & runs on R888's.
I am told that the Leda's are currently good for up to 375lbs on the front based on their current valving set-up, not sure what the rears would be good for?

If it's a dedicated track car you want a minimum of 500lb up front. Are you on full coilover rear? Or still running the inboard spring setup? I'm going to assume it's the latter of the 2.

The rear suspension is a 2:1 motion ratio with the spring in the inboard location. A coilover rear gives a 1:1 ratio, so this means with a 400lb spring, the rear wheel 'sees' a 400lb spring. The inboard spring location gives half of this, so we are talking 200lb.

In this instance you need around a 800lb rear spring for the inboard location.

I run 450's up front on my cup and 475's on the rear. I'm on Ast 5100's all round, so full coilover rear.
 
I'm still on the hunt for a set of coilovers and had a look at few options but I'm also unsure on spring rates.
Very interesting to read about the inboard Spring ratios, I didn't realise that! I will need to consider that when ordering.
