The car feels better to drive than before, it was coincidence that the problem showed up after belts/dephaser were changed and I'm sorry to the people involved.

Update! I've not been quiet for no reason, I only got the car back last night and like I said at the start I wanted to talk to them before I come on here with the end result. I wanted to get some else to check the timing because YES I did think the timing was out, so wanted to see if I was right...

I do think I need to have someone else check it over if I get nowhere in the morning, they did check the timing in front of me after I drove off and was back within minutes saying how bad the car feels now and the horseshoe tool never lined up in the cams unless he tapped it with a hammer.

I see your point total Knuckles, as its not nice sat here feeling like I've been robbed, give me until tomorrow to talk to them and after that I will tell you all, I have my reasons I'm not being a d*ck just want to talk to them first.

Nope, I listen to everyone that time when I asked about North West Performance, I really don't want to name and shame in public just yet in case they own up and fix it, but I will tomorrow if I get know where just want to give them another chance.

Update, not that anybody cares, but it might help someone if they have a similar problem. I checked all fuses and relays under the bonnet and everything had a good clean, changed the decoder ring thingy around the key but none of this worked. So i went hunting for a broken earth, checking all...
