It's usually the ground connection at one of the rear lights, unbolt it clean it. Also check for corrosion on the rear light plug.

ATE Type 200 is the equivalent to super blue IIRC Motul RBF600 or 660 is also good fluid for track use, but needs more regular changes than the ATE from experence

What torque setting are you tightening the center nut to? Should be 175Nm for the rears IIRC
