I still stand by what i said back on page 3, no matter how big the turbo you fit the T2 flange will always be the restriction with big flow!!

you wouldn't break down if you took your time and built things properly

changing a turbo and or manifold would no way what so ever make the car unreliable

Easy norm, its Ryans car and its upto him how he does his turbo conversion. Your opinion has been made clear multiple times you dont need to keep going on about what you would do if it was your project please. Thanks

Right so your saying putting 300+ bhp on a standard gear system wont give it a massive chance of braking down. Also it will use a silly amount of fuel that i ant got. The plan never was to make it the fastest car in the world if i wanted to go stupid fast i would just go and buy the car that could do it. It spins like mad now putting that much on it would just be annoying.

You're right in theory, but it doesn't become a restriction anything like as early as you're suggesting. I've seen in excess of 400bhp quite happily, on a t2 flanged turbo, many times over, on both 1.8 and 2 litre engines

I'd of stripped it before spending all that money on tuning get rid of any thing you don't need it'll make it quicker without turning up the boost lol

Tidy up the few niggles.
Sort the exhaust.
Strip it totally, bar the carpet
Sparco Ring wheel.
2x Recaro Pole Positions & Schroth harnesses in black.
Sell the standard interior to pay for some of the seats.
Safety Devices half-cage.

Done.

Oh yeah, let me PC/Detail the fcuker sometime. Your paintwork makes me sad.

Bloody hell ryan looks rapid. It just doesnt stop acclerating. Excuse my ignorence but it doesnt look much slower in 3rd and 4th than it does in 2nd. Maybe its just the vids but it doesnt appear to pull less when you change up .

All gears pull the same really it dont feel as much in the car but when you look at the speedo it is lol

Why what did you think it would do? lol will get it turned up after winter it spins but not that much at the min. As you can see on the video there is no torque steer ether
